Kelly has a passion for heightened text and a background as a physical performer and dancer. During her time at ACA she appeared as Audrey and Madame La Belle in As You Like It [dir. Jennifer West]. This production gave her an opportunity to demonstrate her abilities in clowning, acrobatics and physical theatre. Notable other roles Kelly also played during her time at ACA include Masha in Three Sisters, directed by Adam Cook, and Frankie in ‘Frankie and Johnny in the Clair De Lune’ directed by Gale Edwards.
Kelly comes from a cabaret and dance background, having taught Burlesque in Brisbane for five years prior to moving to Sydney to commence her studies at ACA. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance at The Australian Dance Performance Institute in 2014.
