2016 Graduate

Oliver Crump

Oliver was born and raised in the Blue Mountains, developing a love for film and music, training in jazz and rock percussion. He found his love for acting through improvisation in high school, which was refined under the wonderful Lyn Pierse at ACA. In search of busier pastures, Oliver moved to Sydney and started collaborating on short films and music videos with independent filmmakers based in Sydney. He has featured in commercial training videos and after working extensively with filmmaker Troy Baird, Oliver accepted an offer to study full time at the Actors Centre Australia. He has had the opportunity to play a wide range of roles including Private View (Michael), Much Ado About Nothing (Benedick), Buried Child (Vince) and Sweet Bird of Youth (Chance Wayne). Oliver is excited about graduating and looking forward to working in both film/TV and theatre to share important stories, and create new works with other artists.
