Rose Treloar

Rose grew up on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland then moved to Brisbane to attend high school. Heavily involved in Drama and sports she went on to study Personal Training and then a full time acting course in Brisbane. She then moved to Melbourne pursuing her acting career and involving herself in acting classes at the Actors Lab, VCA and TAFTA. Before moving to Sydney she travelled to the US and studied acting at Margie Haber’s Studio in Los Angeles. While studying at ACA she has loved playing a variety of roles such as Marsha in The Seagull directed by Sarah Carradine, Rosalind in As You Like It directed by Jenifer West, Veronica in The Motherf**ker with The Hat directed by Gale Edwards and thrived on her role during the NIDA project playing Miss Julie in After Miss Julie directed by Darcy Green. Tutors that she would also like to thank and mention are Adam Cook, Anthony Skuse, Julia Cotton and Catherine Terracinni. Rose has absolutely adored and cherished her time at Actors Centre and is now very excited to graduate and enter the industry hoping to work in film/television, theatre, writing and has plans to start a production company with two fellow actors.
