Jack Halabi

Jack Halabi was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland. Jack grew up bilingual: speaking both English and French. This combined with his Lebanese heritage has meant he has always been fascinated by history and linguistics, he also speaks conversational Spanish and Arabic.

Jack excelled in rugby and represented Switzerland on the international stage. Moving to Sydney in 2013 to study and play rugby, Jack ended up falling in love passionately for acting during his time at ACA. Outside of drama school, Jack is heavily engaged in competitive sports (and trivia), whilst also continuously building a safari company in Botswana.

His roles at ACA include:

Simon – Don’s Party (David Williamson) directed by Jonathan Mill. Kulygin – Three Sisters (Chekov) directed by Sam Trotman. Laertes – Hamlet (Shakespeare) directed by Anthony Skuse. Director – Iphigenia Quartet (Lulu Raczka) directed by Claudia Barrie. John Cabot – Concord Floral (Jordan Tannahill) directed by Noah Martin. Danny—Danny and the Deep Blue Sea (Brendan) directed by Troy Harrison.

Whilst building a hard work ethic and using every production to gain skills and experience, Jack is itching to get out into the industry and leave a mark.
