David Chiem has crossed many bridges of success to achieve a remarkable synthesis of the arts, education and entrepreneurship.

He is the international award-winning entrepreneur behind, MindChamps, which is hailed as a global education movement by New York Times and Wall Street Journal #1 Best Selling Author, Dr Joseph A. Michelli.

David brings to his work in education, a rich background in the arts.

His successful career in the world of theatre and film began at the tender age of 14 when he became the first Asian to be cast in a starring role on mainstream Australian television in the internationally acclaimed drama series, Butterfly Island. He then went on to play lead roles on mainstream Television, Film, Radio and Theatre.

He studied Theatre at the Theatre Nepean and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney. He also graduated with a Specialist in Producing from the prestigious Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS).

David is also the celebrated author of 6 books, including critically acclaimed novels, Only the Heart and The Full Story. The bestselling Only the Heart is a now in its 22nd print run and was for many years, the English literature set-text for both the New South Wales Higher School Certificate and the Victorian Certificate of Education.

Apart from his impressive work in the arts and education, David has been honoured with numerous accolades including Entrepreneur of the Year by prestigious global organisations.

As the Founder CEO & Executive Chairman of MindChamps and Director & Chairman of Actors Centre Australia, David has demonstrated an ability to bring together and inspire an impressive team of experts from diverse backgrounds in Education, Psychology, Neuroscience and Theatre to develop and deliver revolutionary approaches to global education.
