2013 Graduate

David Bruce

Born in Kalgoorlie and raised in Perth, David Bruce has been involved in numerous youth theatre and amateur productions throughout Western Australia. Credits prior to drama school include: Cloudstreet and Our Town for W.A. Youth Theatre Company; The Importance of Being Ernest and Much Ado About Nothin’ for Graduate Dramatic Society and; The Boys and The Shape of Things for Old Mill Theatre. While constantly driven by the performing arts he also completed a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Notre Dame, which also led to an internship with the arts funding group Country Arts WA. While at ACA, his highlights have included playing Leontes in A Winter’s Tale, Rakitin in A Month in the Country and most recently the role of Pavlo Hummel in the The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel.
