Raised in the musical theatre and dance scene in Launceston, Tasmania, Lucy is no stranger to the stage. Before attending ACA, Lucy was a part of several local theatre companies and performed in shows such as Chicago, Wicked, Annie, Rock of Ages, Oliver! and CATS.
Since being at ACA, Lucy has thrived in her exploration of range through characters such as Anna in The Almighty Sometimes (dir. Johann Walraven), Girlie Pogson in The Season at Sarsaparilla (dir. Adam Cook), Claire in Road (dir. John O’Hare), Ranevskyaya in The Cherry Orchard (dir. Adam Cook), Queen Elizabeth in Richard III (dir. Adam Cook), April Wheeler in Revolutionary Road (ACA/NIDA collaboration), Brooke Wyeth in Other Desert Cities (dir. Kim Hardwick) and Mrs. Sullen in The Beaux Stratagem (dir. Claudia Barrie).
