HOLLY MAZZOLA

Holly Mazzola is a Sydney-based actor, writer, and director. She studied at the University of Queensland where she explored her love of words, writing poetry and plays, until she moved to Sydney to commence her actor training.

During her time at Actors Centre Australia, Holly has played Queen Elizabeth in Richard III, Elizabeth Malet in The Libertine, Van in The Business, Sister James in Doubt, Polina in The Seagull, multiple roles in The Laramie Project and Prompter in Three Sisters. She also played Stacey in ACA Wheelhouse’s production of the original play The Partygoers. Holly is passionate about theatre-making, and adapted and directed her own version of Sophocles’ Electra through ACA’s Self-Generated project.

Upon graduating, Holly plans to become an engineer. Just kidding. She’s going to act and create, and is excited to throw herself deeply into every opportunity to do so.
