Growing up in Western Sydney, Emily was initially a shy young girl who found her confidence in local acting classes where her love for telling stories and using her imagination blossomed.
During high school, Emily was part of the Catholic Education Diocese of Paramatta’s (CEDP) Captivate. After graduating, Emily was lucky enough to be involved in CEDP’s production of Forgotten by Cate Whitaker at The Riverside Theatre, as Jane (dir. Lucinda Armour, Natasha Beaumont and Tim Martin).
Emily’s roles at ACA include Felicity in Daylight Saving (dir. Troy Harrison), Young Elizabeth Law in When The Rain Stops Falling (dir. Adam Cook), Oliver de Bois in As You Like It (dir. Adam Cook), Vera in A Month In the Country (dir. Maeliosa Stafford), Sarah in When Time Stands Still (dir. Kim Hardwick), Anne in The Treatment (dir. Estelle Halabi) and Ellen/Mrs Saunders/Lin in Cloud 9 (dir. Cristabel Sved).
