2014 Graduate

Alex Hardaker

Born in Sydney and raised in Tasmania, Alex began acting in commercials as a kid. While completing his studies in film and television he worked as an actor for the Tasmanian Theatre Company and in several productions including touring as Benvolio in “Romeo and Juliet”. After discovering that starting a law degree wasn’t for him, Alex made the move back to Sydney and worked as an actor in commercials, music videos and TV shows such as ABC’s Crownies.
He then successfully auditioned for Actor’s Centre Australia where he spent a wonderful two and a half years and had the privilege to be tutored and directed by an amazing team. Highlights include playing Orsino in “Twelfth Night” directed by George Ogilvie and Jennifer West, and Ray in “Lonestar” with Adam Cook.
