Tim Kemp

Born and raised in Newcastle, Tim Kemp has always had a penchant for performance completing his C.S.C.A. in Speech Communication by the age of 15. After School from he explored Business/Commerce at Newcastle University, worked in middle management IT and even had a successful 4 year professional DJ career! In 2013 he attended a Summer Course at NIDA and his passion for acting was rekindled. In 2014 he performed in Owen Wingrave by Benjamin Britten directed by Imara Savage and successfully auditioned for ACA. Personal highlights include the role of Vershinin in Three Sisters directed by Anthony Skuse, Mitch Cox in Mind the Gap, directed by Dean Carey and Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire, directed by Gale Edwards. After ACA Tim plans to work in theatre, film and screen and hopes his fierce curiosity will lead him to work with ambitious, driven artists to tell vital, affecting stories.
