2018 Graduate

Talia Benatar

Talia spent twelve years living in Zimbabwe while travelling throughout Asia every year with her family. It was through this her that her boundless passion and curiosity in people and culture was ignited.

Although going to drama school had always been the main goal for Talia, she graduated high school at the age of 16 and knew she needed to take some time to grow up. She decided to study a Bachelors in Communications and Media where she developed a love for writing, producing and film editing.

Talia’s recalls the highlights of her time at ACA playing Irina in The Three Sisters (dir. Adam Cook), Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (dir. Adam Cook) and Abigail Williams in The Crucible (dir.Gale Edwards). Talia strives to be the most playful, versatile and honest actor she can be.

Talia looks forward to joining the industry and helping share other people’s stories as well as creating her own work with a particular interest in cultural diversity.
